Refund & Return Policy

Our reissue decks are HAND SCREEN-PRINTED and each and every one is different. Colors and fades in the graphics vary from one to the other and the deck you receive may not look exactly like the picture provided. You are buying a deck color, not an exact graphic color. Our reissue decks are not heat-transfer duplicates, they are each amazing, original, hand-made works of art, with all the blems, errors and mistakes that make hand-done art special and collectible. Please ask if you have questions and request a picture of the deck you’ll receive if your unsure.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a product is defective. 

Our skateboards are made with the highest quality materials and workmanship available. It is normal to see irregularities in our hand screen-printed graphics and painting, and minor scratches, chips and wood variations are common on decks. As such, we do not accept returns unless you receive a defective item.

Please contact us at info@brandxsk8s.com within 7 days of receipt of defective merchandise. Upon receipt of an approved return, we will notify you if we can provide a refund or a replacement.

If accepted, non-defective returns or pre-shipment order cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee.
